Set the prim description to coordinates in the same region: for example 180, 150, 25
Resident right‑clicks the prim, chooses Sit (wheel label shows “Teleport”), and is teleported to that position

This is absolutely wonderful! Not only is it easy to set up and use, but it is pretty as well. There is no way to beat this one!
