Mall with skylight
This building was inspired by modern architecture. Aim was to create open space building environment and communicate building materials such as glass and concrete with a hint of traditional building materials in this case - wooden window frames.
This mesh building features open space interior layout, scripted door system and and a huge skylight to make this as pleasing as possible.
Might be used as a house or as a store.
Due to sophisticated approach to this building it has extremely low Land Impact of just 8 for 20 x 20 meters.By scaling it a bit down it's possible to have Land Impact of just 3.
Its ALMOST perfect
The walls are all one whole face, inside and out. Fine no big deal it's white so color change is easy! The windows are one object, as is the skylight, but the way the skylight is made the glass is on top of the frame work on the roof, meaning it had a glass layer over the design and turns it white from and over head view, and it is one part so you cant just stretch it to fix it or unlink it. You can how ever edit the size of the build and go more rectangle but you have to mod in parts. The floor is one face so you can easily re-texture it! The mesh is gorgeous, but where made it unusable for my mod studio is you can't rez inside of it onto the ground. If it was a home i was just living in I wouldn't mind [cause my house is like that] but this is where i wanted to unpack and leave items im modding out. So all in all it's awesome as is, pretty decent moddable item, but slight flaws which stinks i fell in love with it and cant use it for what i wanted! darnnnn!!
