This library was custom made for a hunt in February 2013. Now you can dwell in this large Victorian house (30 m wide, 20 m deep, 33 m high, including stone base part and stairs to a basement (not included).
Use it for expositions, classes, meetings or go wild and use it to take residence in. But remember it's was originally just a prop, not intended to live in. That's why it's cheap.
Chandeliers and ladders are included. The doors are all scripted and openable/closable.

Dissapointed
I adore the seagull house and assumed this would be as great. This house is merely a facade and too high prim for what it is. There is a fireplace chimney, but no fire place or wall space to add one. It is all one room and although there appears to be windows, they are fake. Inside, only a couple of windows exist and they are flat images, no transparency. The books look fine, detailed and truly use the whole room. The books and shelves are all all one piece and clock in at 68 prims, the house shell is 74 and the doors, chandeliers, chains and ladders take up the rest. And a door to a basement that doesn't exist? This makes it much too "for looks only" kind of house and not very livable unless you enjoy living in a box with no windows. Do try the seagull house, it is a much better deal at a fraction of the prims.
