All the building blocks are full perm so you can use them on your creations. It means you can edit them, change textures etc.
Although the building blocks are full perm you are not to allowed to sell them "as is" or on any full perm object.

Perfect Chain Set
I was a little nervous purchasing it because I thought it might be nano, But it's NOT! Perfect size chain for anything you can think of! I'm using it to hang lights! Perfect! Thank you Takomo!
