Hello and thank you for taking interest in my products!

This is a modernist style, single-room house. It is elevated above the ground, which creates a feeling of a modern art sculpture growing out of its surrounding enviroment. The glass panels that form the majority of the walls allow fluid transition and interaction with its enviroment that would be impossible with most other buildings. This is why my modernist house is especially suitable for those who would want to set it up inside a garden parcel or forest sim.

However, for those moments where you would like more privacy, we have provided this house with fully functioning curtains on all sides.

The house itself is a tribute to classic RL designs like Mies Van der Rohe's Fransworth house or Philip Johnson's Glass house.

This building features scripted touch-to-activate curtains on all sides, a scripted glass door as well as scripted soft lighting. Both the door, the curtain and the lighting scripts are efficient, easy to use and low lag. Just touch any of the objets to activate it, touch it again to deactivate it.

Permissions are copy&mod for the building, scripts are copy only.

We went to extra lenghts to make this building detailed and good looking, while keeping primcount at minimum. Since its only 20 prims, it will be a perfect solution for those who own small parcels, skyboxes, or just want to have extra room for decor, plants or furniture.

Enjoy!

  • Classic modernist design typical of the 50s and 60s!
  • Scripted curtains, lights and door!
  • Just 20 prims!

Excellent

This is an excellent little skybox. Stylish and well made. It doesn't get five stars since that would require absolute top quality textures and/or a lower price, and this doesn't quite reach that level, but it's still very good and a recommended buy.
