NATCHEZ MANSION HOUSE

The Old South traditions keep well and are reflected in La Galleria's Natchez House. The house is 299 prims (not including the optional indoor lights, fans, window seat, fireplace or pool area) with a foot print of 30m x 50m for the house and terrace. The house is copy/modify. The additional pool, 29 prims, may be placed beside or in back of the house.

Natchez House is a vibrant white lap paneled home decorated with traditional shutters, window awning, lattices over porch, columns supporting a wide veranda and a quad of dormer windows gracing the roof.

The rich honey oak hardwood floors are the perfect counterpoint to the creamy walls. Add a tin tiled ceiling, crown molding and architectural accents around the windows and you have the perfect recipe for elegant Southern entertaining with family and friends.

The formal dining room is lovely with a neutral cream on cream wallpaper, wainscotting and is spacious enough to allow for comfortable movement. The kitchen is nearby with room for an informal breakfast table. The La Galleria kitchen fits wonderfully in this house and is 20% off when you purchase the home.
