Topanga Canyon House PART MESH

La Galleria's Topanga Canyon House is a beautiful modern part mesh house sure to please a variety of palettes. This spectacular home is 120 LI (without the extras). The house itself is 35 x 37 with the optional pool and courtyard adding to the space you'll need.

There are 2 bedrooms, bath area, kitchen area, living room and dining room. There are tons of extras including the courtyard, animated pool, fireplace, fountain, planters, plants, ceiling fan, garden walls and more!

There is also a bonus room that can be used as a study or entertainment space!

Topanga Canyon House is a rustic modern home with an earthy California feeling due to the stone walls and abundance of wood and plants. When you view the home inworld be sure to look up at the skylight above. Just behind the living room is a tucked away area which could be a study or extra entertainment space.

Upstairs is the generously spaced master bedroom suite. Ornate glass double doors lead out to a private terrace. The light honey colored wood floors which are seen throughout the house along with the dark wood around windows and on the ceiling brings a warm glow to the bedroom.

SETTING UP THE HOUSE - please read before rezzing!

- The house is one object, so does not require a rez box*. To set up the house, first drag the house box to the ground and copy contents to inventory. Then drag the house from your folder in inventory to the ground. Make sure it is aligned to the Second Life grid**. Then do the same with the pool, which may be placed in front or back of the house. Place various planters wherever you like them -- use your imagination!

****For your convenience I have taken a copy of the house with pool and outdoor planters, plants, and walls, and made a coalesced group called Topanga Canyon House and Pool Group (Coalesced), about 170 prims total with house, and one which includes everyhing BUT the house, called * Topanga Canyon Landscaping, Pool, & Walls ONLY (Coalesced) -- about 55 prims. These groups are about 63 deep and 45 wide.****

- To rez the groups as one object, 1) first click on any object to get into Edit, then 2) rez the Topanga Canyon House and Pool Group (Coalesced) OR the pool and landscaping group without the house. The position arrows will hop to the group and you can move everything around as one object.
However, you will not be able to see the rotation numbers, so you must "eyeball" the group to align -- I would first put down a large rectangle so you can visually align the group.

FEATURES
- The house has three indoor window controllers on the walls, so that you can open or close shutters for privacy from the outside. The shutters are not seen from the inside, so they do not obscure the view.
- In addition to the plants already in the living room, you have a choice of additional plants to rez from the window planters in the living room. To get the menu, L Click the panel above the front doors.
- Rez hanging ivy from the upstairs terrace trellis by L- Clicking the trellis to get a menu.
- Front carriage lights turn off and on on touch.
Advance materials -- specular and normal -- are applied to some surfaces, visible only with an advanced materials enabled viewer.

- PLEASE NOTE: To receive any updates automatically, leave your house box rezzed inworld someplace, so it can scan once a day for any updates.
