INTRODUCTION:
La Galleria's Palm Beach Bungalow is a delightful modern mesh house sure to please a variety of palettes.
It is 121 LI (without the extras). The house itself is 35 x 37 with the optional pool and courtyard adding to the space you'll need.
There are 2 bedrooms, bath area, kitchen area, living room, extra room, breakfast room, and dining room.

SETTING UP THE HOUSE - please read before rezzing!
~ The house is one object, so does not require a rez box*. To set up the house, first drag the house box to the ground and copy contents to inventory. Then drag the house from your folder in inventory to the ground. Make sure it is aligned to the Second Life grid**. Then do the same with the pool, which may be placed in front or back of the house. You have the option to place the house and landscaping together or separately. Place various planters wherever you like them -- use your imagination!
FEATURES
~ The house has three indoor window controllers on the walls, so that you can open or close shutters for privacy from the outside. The shutters are not seen from the inside, so they do not obscure the view.
~ In addition to the plants already in the living room, you have a choice of additional plants to rez from the window planters in the living room. To get the menu, L Click the panel above the front doors. The flex hanging ivy is 25 prims, and the mesh Diffenbachia is three prims.
~ Rez hanging ivy from the upstairs terrace trellis by L- Clicking the trellis to get a menu.
~ Light fixtures turn off and on on touch.
~ Advanced materials -- specular and normal -- are applied to some surfaces, visible only with an advanced materials enabled viewer.

Beautiful House
This house is brilliant. Moreover, it is a marvel of low prim mesh excellence - just 121 prims! And it is just one object, so can be moved, taken, stored, re-rezzed very easily. I honestly consider this to be one of the best houses in all of SecondLife. Kudos and kisses to Pamela!
Beautiful Home. Poor LOD on the windows.
I've had this house for a little over a year now. It looks beautiful on my waterfront lot. I love that the open floorplan and design are well thought out and truly liveable for SL with high ceilings and lots of windows (so I can show off my decorating lol). HOWEVER, if you keep your viewer setting on LOD=2 like I do then when the house is viewed from outside from a distance of more than 32m the windows deform a lot. You have to change your setting to LOD=4 to keep it from happening. That's really disappointing and a little embarrassing because most people sailing by my home probably see the windows looking all wonky. A few of the glass panes over the inside doors had the same problem but I was able to remove them. I really hope the creator makes an update to fix the LOD on the windows soon!
Side note: It would also be nice if the planter dividers in the kitchen were removable. Especially the long one between the kitchen and the breakfast sunroom. Right now I can't shorten the long planter to connect the rooms because of the baked-on black shadow on the floor underneath it.

I bought this house and I am sooo sorry, the design is terrible, like a hodge podge of different designs built upon each other. There are some places around it you cannot even walk, the shadows are unbaked, I go on and on. My baby had to take a wrecking ball to the place to try and fix it, walls aren't even straight. Customer service is non-existant...the designer is too busy with important work she says, omg how pompus. Do not buy from this seller...you will be as sorry as me if you know anything about whats right and whats not!!! I wish I could give it a minus for her lousy attitude of what customer is all about. She says she's not responsible for anything that happens in SL, so I guess she is talking about herself selling items...LOL
Over Priced
This home is very nice but has to many flaws for the price. The first thing I don’t like is that the house comes with three versions but none of them are in a rezz box. I am an advanced builder but would have preferred this house in a rezz box. The second thing is the inside doors are phantom and this really messes with my OCD like why? The house is beautiful with all the furniture inside but without it the layout is odd. All in all the house to me is not worth what I paid. Many of the items are over priced. They look great but don’t function well ☹️ Also there is no main bathroom only an open bathroom in the master bedroom. The rooms have so many doors and windows it doesn’t leave room for item placement.
I like the house for style it fits the theme of my new Miami Beach. Allow the valued ceilings are beautiful and makes the home feel bigger even the it is s smaller home. Overall the house is nice just cost too much.

This home was exceptionally beautiful with it's high ceilings at Christmas time. I was able to buy one of the biggest Christmas trees and decorate the place really lovely. Wish i could show you the picture. It's worth the Lindens! :)
