NCS Healing MRI works for Novelty Combat System Exclusively. Just Rezz it and use it. The MRI Machine will heal NCS players at same rate no mater their experience level, it heals health, stamina and racials.
Options menu allows to change healing rate, life and stamina % per tic, ammout of racials per tic. Disable / Enable option. Menou for Owner only or Group. Animation included and menu sounds.

It can be set up in detail and can be locked when not in use. Above all, the design and animation are pretty awesome!
