love this house
love this house but it has a few things I wish I could change. I wish it had stairs instead of the teleporter rugs, and I wish the doors didn't give me, the owner, the option menu all the time. Every time I click the handles it gives me the menus, so annoying. I still love this house and recommend it.

Great Cottage
Just love it!! Perfect size. Textures are wonderful.
If you intend to buy this house as is and keep the textures and the layout, this house is perfect. However, I would not recommend this house for people who need to mod it to fit their land. I moved to a smaller piece of land and needed to mod the house to fit. Some of the primwork was off and I found it a bit difficult to retexture certain rooms on the inside. I ended up spending more time than I wanted to make it work for me and in the end I just deleted it and searched for a smaller house.
