It is fact that no avie does dishes or needs a fridge to keep food from going bad. Yet we all want a full featured kitchen in our home. We started out with a design of over 100 prims and then asked our sculpt-master to "fix it". He reduced our entire kitchen to 7 prims, to which we added 1 more for technical reasons.
A kitchen that looks good and does not use up your precious prim quota. It is all there: counters, overhead cabinets, oven and stove, sink with faucet, fridge and freezer side-by-side, even the handles on doors and drawers are all 3D.
USE IN YOUR NEW YORK LOFT
This kitchen was designed for our New York Loft (see link below). All you need to do is drop it in your loft and watch it jump in place. Automatically.
USE ANYWHERE ELSE
Of course you are welcome to use this kitchen in any other building. In that case, your can save one more prim.
MODIFY TO YOUR LIKING
Make your kitchen unique by retexturing it to fit your preferences. Additional help with this is included in the crate.

A good choice
I was extremely dubious about purchasing a low prim kitchen those I had seen up to this point looked, cheap and badly made and the one or two that looked great we out of my price range. t This one blew away those doubts. A good price and a good looking kitchen. Although I have not rezzed it in a New York Loft, it is in my house which has limited space and even limited prims to play with. This is a perfect fit.
Easy to put up and even possible to cut off an extra prim. Nice detailed design. I am pleased with my purchase. Thank you to the Builder/Seller.
