Normal, and small sizes included, avatars CAN sit in the normal version, but, there is not enough room to sit in the smaller versions, so, animations and scripts were removed in those. The smaller versions are OFF SIM constructions for decoration only, while normal-size version is sit-functional (you can test in our store)
OFF-SIM set, means the ENTIRE construction can be placed outside your SIM physical limits.

Antreas is an artist !!! I have lots of his products... This one I must say is one of the best... You should see it in front of my land. It extented it, gave it a different colour.... Now I love to sit to my verantah... This off sim tropical island made the view from there just AMAZING... Thanks Antres :):)
Real Waves are always great
The quality of these waves is always great, and loyal customers are always rewarded. As for this island, it's no exception and looks great. The full size island took a few attempts to rez and move into position but was fine in the end. I would say that it would fit well in a tropical themed sim, although the water is very blue so it might not fit all colour palettes. The small version however I just could not get to rez. It kept getting returned to my lost and found folder for going offworld. My land is quite narrow (an 8192 strip) which could be why, although I never had this problem with large prims before. Anyway, still a great product and just like in the photo :)

its amazing! i love it really. the waves are perfect and only 20 pris all together??? many times i have problems with the prims. this is the best choice to have ever done, wonderful product with low prims. well done creator.
