Normal, and small sizes included, avatars CAN sit in the normal version, but, there is not enough room to sit in the smaller versions, so, animations and scripts were removed in those. The smaller versions are OFF SIM constructions for decoration only, while normal-size version is sit-functional (you can test in our store)
OFF-SIM set, means the ENTIRE construction can be placed outside your SIM physical limits.

Looks amazing, great detailed and realistic textures. Gives more depth and makes a sim more alive. Just unbelievable how a nice offshore can add to a sim. Wish it was mod so I could move the root prim and angle the offshore as I wish but still well deserving 5 stars. An oh, I'm not writing this to get the refund, please keep the money, it's already so cheap and I like to sponsor great creators.

I needed something simple, easy to put out, and something that would look great on my land. I got all of that with this off sim island! I love the little hut on it as well, that you can actually sit on.

Amazing Piece of Work
And no, I'm not saying this for my money back. I've grabbed a few things from this creator and they are all of utmost quality. And this piece is no different. It is amazing and for the 19 prims? Wow. Now it is huge, you need at minimum a 60m wide side of land, and the blue of the water will still overlap a bit, but the best part is he also gives in the package a smaller lower scripted piece that looks just as amazing. Hell, I would have bought it and been happy with it even if he didn't offer your money back for the review.
