Normal, and small sizes included, avatars CAN sit in the normal version, but, there is not enough room to sit in the smaller versions, so, animations and scripts were removed in those. The smaller versions are OFF SIM constructions for decoration only, while normal-size version is sit-functional (you can test in our store)
OFF-SIM set, means the ENTIRE construction can be placed outside your SIM physical limits.

This is one of the best off sim islands I have seen in SL. Very realistic looking. Prims are a little high, but the item is worth it! Very detailed!

Is my first off-sim island too, and is fantastic, all, the textures, the details, the 2 options for diferent parcel sizes, isaamazing, and the more fantastic is the price, all is perfect, Congrats to the builder!!!
First and Best
This is my first off-sim island and I must say I absolutely love it. I didn't get how it would go off world at first but the picture that came inside is very helpful.
I love the sound effects.. the textures, everything. It's simply breath-taking and at 199L it's a steal price. Not only that but I get a refund? How can you beat that?

I am new to secondlife and was looking for something to spruce up the land I rented, I came across this and I absolutely love it, the gazebo is so nice and it is unbelievable that it is only 20 prims. I love it! Thank You for your creation
