Normal, and small sizes included, avatars CAN sit in the normal version, but, there is not enough room to sit in the smaller versions, so, animations and scripts were removed in those. The smaller versions are OFF SIM constructions for decoration only, while normal-size version is sit-functional (you can test in our store)
OFF-SIM set, means the ENTIRE construction can be placed outside your SIM physical limits.

You Won't Find Better Than This!
This is a delightful island, so well built, and very low prim, just what I wanted for Muckers. It looks fantastic, the waves are so real, and you really can sit in the tiki hut! I adore it, thanks Antreas :)
Really nice island
This is a really nice island setup, at an even nicer price. Can be a bit tricky to rez and position properly on smaller plots, but well worth the effort to get it positioned.
Wow this was so easy to use!
I can't believe how easy this was to use, move and set up. Its so real looking and adds such beauty to the scene outside my home. Not just a boring flat sunset any longer. Thanks for making such a wonderful product. Just wish you would have named it waves or something easy to find because It got lost in my inventory named off-sim. I kept looking for real, waves and island lol. Beautiful product that works perfectly. I will be back for more.
Realistic!!
These waves are perfect. They even have a menu that you can change them from calm to hurricane. The foam that hits the beach when positioned correctly is so realistic! Great Product!!

Hab einige dieser Objekte, anderer Hersteller, ausprobiert und war nie zufrieden. Dann stiess ich auf dieses und muss sagen, es wird wirklich real. Bin damit absolut zufrieden, sieht echt klasse aus :-)
