Normal, and small sizes included, avatars CAN sit in the normal version, but, there is not enough room to sit in the smaller versions, so, animations and scripts were removed in those. The smaller versions are OFF SIM constructions for decoration only, while normal-size version is sit-functional (you can test in our store)
OFF-SIM set, means the ENTIRE construction can be placed outside your SIM physical limits.

I bought this, and I love it!
I have bought a lot of products by this vendor, and all are of the highest quality. This off-sim island is great. Since I have a corner lot, I was able to use the regular sized and the smaller one together with good effect. Please keep producing items like this! So great! This looks great and I used it for off sim on a couple of 4096 parcels I have. Problem is that this set (even the small version) is slightly too big to fit within the boundries of a 4096 .. so when placed centered in the middle of my parcel, and extended off sim, the color / scene encroaches across the front borders of my neighbors parcels on both side of me just a little. I'm hoping they wont complain but it would be really nice if the description would include the exact size parcel that this could be used on, without exceeding the boundry / view of the neighbors.

I would like to add that the creator went out of his way to find me, (my name is not exactly a uncommon one), and when verified that I had purchased this item very kindly sent me a smaller version - to resolve my problem of extending over the parcel boundry.. I really appreciate that and of course I will continue to recommend his products and the great customer service.

Looks ok and price is good
I wish this would be modifiable, the glow is way too much, and the menu for the poses does nothing. It is a good buy for the price tho... for those on a budget

Very nice off-sim island with beautiful surround and multi-pose seating: detailed textures, variety of landscape, and of course Real Waves - Antreas makes the best waves I have seen in SL. All this for 199L!
