This is a set of mesh roof systems to use in builds for your own enjoyment or in builds you sell.
This set has just been updated and now includes 24 models.
There are 10 roof designs and each of those designs includes two styles of eaves overhang, a standard version and a version with a 10-degree angle at the gable end overhang.
The Land Impact for the roof systems varies from 3 LI to 18 LI depending on the size and complexity of the roof.
These roof systems are very easy to use. You are able to scale and resize the roofs to suite your building needs and the models all have multiple texture faces strategically placed to make texture alignment a breeze. Change the shingles, fascia boards, outside overhang, and inside textures, alignment, and repeats independently.
The gable ends on these roof systems are not attached and include 4 designs.
There is one that is half the triangle for use with the half roof. The other three designs are a standard gable end with no openings, and two (pass thru, and solid) that can be used for creating door and window openings in the gable ends.
There are two designs with openings and they both look the same but are very different in the way they are made.
The pass thru gable end is made so you can walk thru it and for this reason it has a LI of 2 verses the solid version which is just 1LI. This version is best for doorways.
The solid version has the same size opening in it as the pass thru version but the physics will not allow you to walk thru it and it is a bit easier to resize for various uses. This version is best for windows.
You will have to fill the rest of the open space around your window or door frame with standard prim. I will include example builds to demonstrate this.

Great set, BUT......
I love these roofs, no doubt about that, but I cant give this pack as a whole five stars. Why?
Because these roofs only really work for "single roof houses". Because the roofs are one piece, you cannot adjust the roof edges, meaning making a L or T shaped house, or anything other than a box shape is very hard to achieve.
If this set included tapered roofs for easier joining, and the option to modify the roof trims, it would be prefect, half roofs would also be a nice addition.
As it stands, this is a GREAT kit, just not superb.

like everything else made by horatio these are amazing! building is much faster and easier with this set.
