Most omega skins you buy now only include the body skin and not the head. Most head appliers now days are made to work only with certain heads like Catwa and Genus ect ect. So you get a perfect fit to your head brand. The applier is useless unless you have a omega head applier, which are not easy to find from the bigger creators. The 2 omega head appliers that I did own, applied the skin texture that made it look like the ear was applied upside down. I don't know if that is correct? I just thought it looked really bad. There is no demo you can get to try it first before purchase. Out 99L because I probably won't try using it again.
