OnP Deluxe Portrait Studio with Lighting
OnP Deluxe Portrait Studio With Lighting
What is it? It is our advanced version of a portrait studio that allows 1 to 4 avatars to be photographed. It has inside about 77 background images, and allows far more than the 6 lights that Second Life suggests might be maximum for some or most video cards. The background size can be changed in size in meter steps from 2x2 meters to 7x7 meters. The 1 to 4 pose balls each have about 88 poses inside. Note that customers can change one or all background images and one or most all poses to their own preferences. It includes wearable lights that can at least work for the owner or perhaps be used for objects or models away from the studio system.
SPECIFICATIONS
* Background portrait studio with menu to vary images or add pose balls or lights
* Background image size variable for 2x2 meters to 7x7 meters in meter steps
* From 1 to 4 pose balls for photographing avatars available, each with menu
* More than 6 lights available that Second Life says perhaps should be max. This system can do 99 lights, but suggests considering the Second Life graphics warning
* 77 Background images possible and installed. You can change one or all of them. Images include simple black or white, but also some SL places and some real life places and scenery. We tried for high resolution on the images.
* 88 possible pose animations in each poseball2, that include modeling, or items for groups with hands in back or the like, and more. You can change most all of them to your own.
* Wearable lights in differing amounts, usable by owner
PRIM COUNT - per studio
From 1 to 11. 1 if pose balls and lights are put away. 11 if one studio, 4 pose balls and 6 lights
GREEN SCREEN - Yes, sort of
One background is solid white, another solid black, the two colors we use to isolate an avatar in our offline photo package. Then of course that avatar could be added to another photo. Want it green instead? lol. Just add a solid green color to the backgrounds and take out one background image to provide room for it.
WHO CAN USE
The owner of course has more options since the owner can simply edit any item. However, the owner can invite others to use the system since menus are used for the main background image studio, and for pose balls and for each lighting item. Also, visitors in addition to the owner, can simply edit and move lights up or down and sideways one at a time.
HOW WE USE THE SYSTEM
* First we decide on a background image, and whether this will be a portrait (top of avatar only) or full length image
* We then adjust the background size, perhaps 2x2 meters for portrait or 4x4 to 7x7 meters for full size image
* We then add pose balls and have the avatar(s) sit on them
* We then adjust the direction and the pose animation for each, and move the avatars to suit
* We then click and add lights, up to 6, and then move each light to where we wish it. We can just edit and move them with arrows, or use their menu to move
* We then use the main lighting command to move lights in a group, or adjust their settings for color and intensity as a group
* We then might click individual lights for their own separate menu if you want separate adjustments, mostly for color or intensity
* Then, when the setup is done, we use the main studio menu for lighting to "hide" the lighting balls (but not the lighting itself) before the photo
* We then take the photo into our offline photo package (not included) and perhaps add contrast or brightness to suit.
* Done
COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
We use unusual communication channels for the menus. But if they are a problem, some of the duplicates we give are on different channels. Note the main channel in usage within the <> area of the object title. And note that the studio itself could use 10 or even more channels near that main channel shown, up to 100 if you wished many lights or so, even though SL says that the graphics cannot handle perhaps any over 6. And the wearable lights also are on different main frequencies. But if you wish, you can change the frequency inside the <> area. Just remember to make it at least as large as perhaps 200 or as small as -200 to keep aways for the 0 chat channel and other channels in high usage.
DIFFERENCES FROM OUR POSESTAND PORTRAIT SYSTEM
The largest difference is that lighting was added, which is not there in our non deluxe system. However, also much of the software was made more powerful, and we also added some new poses to our pose balls, and a number of new images to our background images. We also added wearable lights for the owner.
Hope you enjoy!
