This is a tracker HUD which informs you about the online status of an agent on the grid. You don't need the person to be on your friend list, and you can see the online status even if the agent has hided it to non friends.

Awesome tool
This little item is very cool. It's nice to be able to go through the day without those annoying pop ups every time someone logs in or out or crashes. This way I only have to know when about five people are online and not be bothered with everyone else. Very easy to use, took only a couple of minutes and it was done. Thanks for this great tool!
Just what a builder needs!
As a builder or manager, you often get tons of friends requests. While I'd rather keep my friend's list small, many people take it personally if you drop them. But the online notification by LL can drive you bonkers...so a nice compromise is using this HUD.
Program your special "inner circle" into this HUD and turn off that constantly flashing blue pop-up in Preferences and you now have the peace and quiet you want, but still get notified when your special someone or someones log on or off. I like it so much that I sent a group notice out to encourage others to check it out.
This has made my SL sooo much nicer! It works instantaneously and the HUD is a tiny unobtrusive thing so it doesn't get in my way of building.

script errors, slow and not reliable at all
i get script errors most of the time, when it seems to work it takes 10-15 minutes for the avatar to actually update wich makes it totally useless for my use, im really dissapointed even if it only costs 50 Lindens. I wanted to give it ZERO stars but that wasnt possible.
bought again - now it seems to work...
last time i had problems with lots of script errors and i deleted it
