This is a tracker HUD which informs you about the online status of an agent on the grid. You don't need the person to be on your friend list, and you can see the online status even if the agent has hided it to non friends.

I ended up buying one and recommending it to two more friends who also bought one each. All are very happy with the product so no idea what one reviewer had to be so nasty about it. I like the feature that you can hide Avatars that are not online and the sound to let you know when someone logs on and off!!
I have been using this for a few days, and have not had the script errors mentioned by another user. I am only giving four stars, as it can lag as much as ten minutes behind actual logins/logouts. Otherwise it works well. One tip, if you have more than the limit of 25 names you want to put in it, this item is copy, so just copy/paste another, and mount it to a different hud location. They will both be listening to the same chat commands, so you will need to detach one when giving commands to the other, but otherwise multiple instances seem to work well.
This is so easy and worth so much more. I used a different one on a previous avatar that I spent a few hundred more Ls for. This does exactly what the other does but also has a feature to view the person's profile! I say this is a good choice.
This thing is awesome, and it even works for the long names, unlike some others, and for 50 L$, it's a damn bargain.
