The "Princeton" is a cozy 2 Bed 1 Bath house perfect for a couple, a small family or a single inhabitant. Its modest footprint makes it a perfect pick for very small plot sizes. With a beautiful timeless exterior and an equally sweet and carefully crafted interior, the house is sure to stand out amongst your neighbors, but won't stick out like a sore thumb!
The layout consists of an entry hallway, directly to the right of the hall you will find the living room which draws attention with its paneled accent wall adorned by a coastal-style fireplace.
To the left of the living room is the kitchen. Due to its small footprint, this house does not have a separate formal dining room but the kitchen features ample space to put down a dining table if you so desire.
Continuing on from the hallway you will find a second smaller hallway which separates the public spaces from the private; the bathroom and the bedrooms.
The smaller bedroom features a soft (and optional) chinoiserie accent wall, as well as a custom cut rug (also optional). The larger bedroom is fully paneled and could also be used as an office or a library if you find yourself having no need for a second bedroom!
Sandwiched between the bedrooms is a shared bathroom featuring quaint inlaid tilework.
As always, the house comes with a Details HUD which includes a few different customizing options for you to play with!
Full and half texture resolution versions are included with this house, with the latter being designed to prevent lag and/or texture thrashing on lower spec systems.

Love the design on the house but the only thing that is irritating is when you send a message to the maker and they don't answer back. These houses are amazing but if there is an issue....you are out of luck when other house makers get back within 24 hours.

I adore this house. It's my go to if I have a small piece of land to rent from. Walls are easy to color change using select face and tinting. 10/10
Good quality
Onsu are always good quality. This one, a small one, fits well anywhere. Some suggestions: it would be good to texture doors without having to do that manually; the two small rooms in the apex of the house have no means of access, which is frustrating and a waste; if they did, this would get 5 stars.
