VonFyrsten 708 Itsy Bitsy is probably considered a fishnet dress with strapped heels. The dress fits rather nicely on my legacy perky body, although the item is not specific to perky, just being named "Legacy". At the 79 L price I consider this a real bargain on Marketplace.
As a result of this purchase, I bought another 8 items and added this as a Favorite store.
