Chair has 15 animations with two menus (dining 'n' office). So you can use as a regular chair, a dining chair and an office chair.

Animations do not include forks or glasses to hold.

Furniture can be modified to resize.

This set includes: table with cloth, chair, fireplace (sound of fire and option fire on/off), painting (can put own texture), plate, vase with salt 'n' pepper, banners and a chandelier.
