This is a 40 x 40 Island (actually smaller because some of it's underwater) meant to seem like its further away than it really is because of the way its textured.
It's only 3 prims and will be a great enhancement for your waterfront land! Just move it out into the water as far as it will go!

love it for 1L. No animated water so vertical position critical to keep the linden water flowing realistically but it can be done and its nice and only 3 prim

Looks great, but is a tad too close to shore.
Very pretty & usefull though, i strongly advice, getting it, if you have a shoreline to decorate. ^v^
