This is a 40 x 40 Island (actually smaller because some of it's underwater) meant to seem like its further away than it really is because of the way its textured.
It's only 3 prims and will be a great enhancement for your waterfront land! Just move it out into the water as far as it will go!

Another good build...
I have purchase a few items from this builder. All are good and I have no complaints.
It doesn't pull off the illusion but it can be fixed to work.
For what it is and the price I can't complain, however the prim used to space it outside the sim is a normal box instead of a megaprim which causes a problem. The island is too close to create the illusion of being large and far away because the water horizon is too high on the island. On the up side if you have megaprims it is mod so you should be able to fix it if you have some basic building and modding knowledge.
