Your unfriendly neighborhood pawn shop. Where bad deals are done and people basically get legally robbed. It looks though like someone had enough of this sort of thing and blew away the owner.
There's a huge blood stain on the floor, use of sculpted bars on the windows, ladder on the roof, and a personal touch - a horse head inside on the wall just cause I like horses. :) The pawn shop sign also blinks too, and the building has been tagged by random graffiti artists.
The pawn shop has a 16x12 footprint.
