Play Animation On Equip Script
Drop the script and an animation into the object you want to play the animation. Wear the object and the animation plays. Add the animations name to the script

You can get this EXACT script by google searching Play Animation on Wear Script Second life. And get it from their Wiki
FINALLY A SCRIPT YOU CAN ACTUALLY READ AND UNDERSTAND!!!
I have looked all over and bought way way too many scripts and I have finally found one I can read and understand and in 2 seconds I had my stuff put together and ready to go!! Thank you for realizing not everyone is a scripter and knows what they are doing!!!
