Reversi (also marketed in RL as Othello) is a two-player board game of skill and strategy. The game consists of a board with 8x8 squares, and pieces which have a black and white side. The players take turns to place a new piece on the board. Any opposing pieces that are "trapped" between the piece played and another piece of the same color are flipped over to change color (hence the name, Reversi). The player with the more pieces of his/her colour at the end of the game is the winner.

Version 2 has been completely refactored, to take advantage of new, efficient scripting techniques that have recently become available. This means that the game is much faster, uses MUCH less script memory, and its idle CPU time has been reduced to almost nothing.

In a few months, Linden Lab will start to implement quotas for memory-utilization by scripted objects. This new Othello game pre-empts that by using far less memory than other similar products. You can buy this safe in the knowledge that its memory usage has been made as efficient as possible.

- 69 prims for the entire set, including the table and chairs.
- Players can choose whether to sit at the table or not.
- Control Panel allows game to be restarted and other functions.
- Advanced scripting functions means low lag and very low memory usage
- SlySense™ licensing system protects against accidental inventory loss. If you lose a game, we can trace it and replace it if necessary.

  • Simple user-interface
  • Low lag, low memory usage
