This appears first as a stationary Halloween decoration, a skeleton with a jack-o-lantern on it's head. When an avatar steps within 6 meters however, he springs to life and does a little dance. Maybe he is trying to scare mortals, but he isn't all that spooky. When no one is near he stands still again, just waiting to surprise and party.
