This is an off sim Rock Jetty made to fit onto the left side of your water front property. It's meant to blend naturally into your terri-formed land and creates a sense of privacy and realism to your land. Although it fits best on 4096 land and up, it does fit on 2048 land as well. I've included several extra plants, palm trees, and rocks for your landscaping needs so you can further customize your environment.

Picked this up along with the 'Paradise Waterfall Land Extension' to add some variety to the corner plot of land we own on a sim. Besides some minor adjustments to the heights pieces sit at via 'Edit Linked', namely the swirling water effetcs at the bottom, this was great right out of the box. Was unable to shrink it, I imagine because it's several objects linked together- you may be able to do so if you resize each piece individually, but that would take some effort. Great price, easy to mod, and looks fantastic! Both pieces I bought are very nice, and I'd recommend and will use this shop again in the future!
