This is a nice, but simple little house with front porch. It has clapboard or lap wood siding, with white trim outside. Inside is wallpaper with moldings and an open ceiling.
It features custom textures inside and out, but is mod so you can add your own. Good for your own use, or to be used as rentals.
It has a 9 x 11 footprint, including the front porch and is low prim, with only 10 total.
A good small home, that can be used in modern, contemporary or old style settings. Could also be a guesthouse or playhouse in the backyard.

This was perfect for a guest house or a playroom for our beachfront property, it blends well with our main home, and is good quality texture, and love you can modify the texture if you like as well. This is definitely a steal at L$30!! It's small, the perfect size for an add on guest home, no resizing needed at all! I love it!
