This is a nice, but simple little garage. It has clapboard or lap wood siding, with white trim outside. Inside is finished, with an open ceiling, for storing nicer vehicles. It has a side door and window on the other side. Also come with matching simple driveway, that can be placed in front.
It features custom textures inside and out, but is mod so you can add your own. Good for your own use, or to be used as rentals.
It has a 9 x 9 footprint and is low prim, with only 12 total.
A good small garage, that can be used in modern, contemporary or old style settings. Handy for near a home or as a stand alone.
