This is a nice, but simple little garage. It has clapboard or lap wood siding, with white trim outside. Inside is finished, with an open ceiling, for storing nicer vehicles. This model has no extra door or window, to keep the prim count low. Also come with matching simple driveway, that can be placed in front.
It features custom textures inside and out, but is mod so you can add your own. Good for your own use, or to be used as rentals.
It has a 9 x 9 footprint and is low prim, with only 5 total.
A good small garage, that can be used in modern, contemporary or old style settings. Handy for near a home or as a stand alone.

No Copy don't know why anyone does no copy means if I want 15 I goto buy 15 make it copy and sell it for more simple
Simple is good
Can't beat the price versus trying to build it yourself. I like that it's Mod, so I can change the textures. (I'll probably change out the door open/close sounds, since it's a Garage, lol.) Overall this works for me!
