Nice house with lots of opportunity for modification but prim count comes in at 179 for me which seems high for what it is.

Another beautiful design
I have had my eye on this house for awhile and finally snapped it up. The layout is well done, not to big, not to small and the prim count alone is amazing. I do wish the doors had been white though for ease of tinting to match like the rest of the house. But, a beautiful home no matter what.
