Every ROOST home is independently designed and hand-crafted by me, with original mesh, materials, textures, scripts and other content.

ROOST homes are licensed to the purchaser for use in Second Life. They may be modified and used on personal, commercial, or rental land, but each user must purchase their own copy. ROOST homes may not be resold, redistributed, given away, or included as part of rental, decorating, landscaping, or other paid packages.

Full License and Copyright / DMCA information are included with each ROOST home and are also available in my in-world profile.
