Our first fully PBR home (non PBR included).
A Modern 3 bedroom home over 2 story's made of 100% Original Mesh that is custom created by us.
*A modern villa style home made of brick exterior and plaster walls on the inside, perfect to capture views from almost every room.
On the ground floor you'll make your way into a generous entry room area with a view straight out the back of the home through a huge window. To one side you will find the kitchen, dining room and living room space with bi-folding doors opening to a back paved patio area. And to the other side is 2 bedrooms spaces and a bathroom for both to share. The front bedroom has a buit in wardrobe and the back one does not so you are able to use it as something other than a bedroom if you want.
Up the beautiful curved staircase you have another living area which leads into the Main bedroom Suite complete with room for a walk in robe, it's own private bathroom and a balcony to take in your views.
*Sunlight shown in pictures on the floor is from Windlight setting, not baked onto the texture.
The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

I LOVE this House!
I love this house however, it really does need a matching garage to go with it.

After opening the initial box and copying to inventory, this house is ready to swipe from inventory onto the ground. Wait for it........wait for it.......Bam!
You can also right click on the house and move all at once!
Go ahead, walk right on in and open all the doors and explore. It may look as though some doors are closets. I am soooo pleased. Thank you very much.
