A new modern 1 bedroom house perfect for your year round home or a vacation get-away scene. Because of it's compact size it would even work well in a skybox.
With Plaster and wood slat exterior that's carried through into the home to give it that tropical feel perfect for a set up by the beach. The exterior globe lights can be turned on or off by clicking them.
You enter into a small hallway which leads to the main living/dining area and the space for your small kitchen, all with floor to ceiling windows and beautiful bi-folding doors to let in all the light and views.
Then through a little outdoor hallway/vestibule you will find a generous sized bedroom, and a separate bathroom space with a PG shower built in.

This home has an invisible square Probe around it so the PBR textures can be seen correctly, removing will mean the textures look flat.

The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.
