Beautiful 3 story home made of 100% Original Mesh that is custom created by us.
1st floor has separate rooms for the kitchen, dining, living, laundry space, bathroom and a library/study. With 3 sets of french doors leading to the back deck from the livingroom, and also doors out from the kitchen and bathroom (which could double as an extra bedroom if you wanted).
Take the grand staircase to the 2nd floor and you will find another bathroom, 2 normal bedrooms, and a Master bedroom that has another room off it that could be either a walk-in closet, nursery or sitting room. Also there are doors leading out from both sides into front and back balconies.
Further up to the 3rd floor you will find a version with 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom.. or, also included is a version with 1 giant attic space instead of rooms.. so you can use which ever suits you.
The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

There are so many details in this house! From the gorgeous woodwork, moulding, and door/window hardware, to the library stairs and double folding closet doors- it's everything you could want. It's a versatile house because it would be perfect as a southern plantation home near the field, or as an elegant home on a cliff overlooking the Mississippi River, or in an upscale city neighborhood. The interior is just right for comfy, casual furniture or elaborate, expensive furniture or a combination of both.
The creator put a lot of care into assigning faces to the mesh so that you can easily modify the color tint of each room if you want to match the walls to your rugs and furniture. You don't have to spend the time of tinting one wall at a time, since you can tint one whole room at a time. And it's nice that the closets have a separate face assignment in case you like your closets to be slightly a different color than your bedrooms.
