A wooden weatherboard home with shutters attached that is so versatile to fit with beach or mountain landscapes. It included a HUD to change the window frames from rustic wood to modern white or a metal texture and give you more options to have it suit your style.
There is an entry room when you first come in that leads you into the joint open plan kitchen, living and dining room with a double sided fireplace attached. From there you have double height windows to capture your view and doors out onto the generous sized angled back deck.
Down the hallway you'll find a bathroom with a tiled Wall Add-On that you either use or remove if instead you'd like to use the room as office space etc. And the 2 bedrooms both have sliding door wardrobes to fit all your pretty things :)

This is my favorite ROOST house to date. Love the modern trim and windows. I love the big windows and pitched ceiling with beams. I live on waterfront land and this is perfect. To me the house doesn't make any sense without the elevation. I live in a neighborhood with roads and my land wouldn't look right if I terraformed for the garage/elevation - so I improvised and used a large cliff rock to cover the odd garage elevation, while keeping the front stilts/stairs exposed. Looks incredible. I just wish there was an option for the elevation WITHOUT a garage *hint hint*
