Downstairs is the L-shaped Living, Dining and Kitchen space with grand Full length windows and french doors leading to a roomy patio area.
Then upstairs You have a bathroom with vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet and the bedroom with an adorable balcony to take in your view.
**The lighting shown on the floor is just from the windlight i used when taking the photo, there is no window light reflections on the floors and walls with this house.
The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

Not Bad at All
This is one of the better ROOST houses. I find that they are often either way too big or cramped. This one is better, but you still have to be a master with your camera. The only real problem and the reason for the dropped star are that this 100% mesh darling will rez your objects...well...god knows where. Sometimes they are above you, other times behind you, maybe in the ground, or above the roof. It is like an easter-egg hunt for each rez. I suggest that as you furnish, you just rez out a regular prim, flatten and copy it for both floors. Make the prim oversized so you can grab it from outside the house and move it just below the floors. This is the workaround for the where is my item rez situation. Other than that...nice home. :-)

Wow! What a fantastic house!! Wonderful textures, great design and simple to customise each separate room with it's own individual colour in edit/select face. Well worth the investment. Best house I've bought and seen.
