The 1st floor has a long hallway entry with grand arch work that leads through to the back living/kitchen/dining area with a 4 sets of beautiful French bi-folding doors to give a view of your whole back yard. Then take the open staircase to the 2nd floor.

It's gorgeous but....
Everything is top notch as you may expect from Roost. Sizing, details use of space..is just perfect. Then why 4 in stead of 5 stars? Tinting is virtually impossible due to the way the textures are applied...you cannot select specific walls and such. Mayor gripe at this price is the lights won't turn of or on, which isn't a big deal to incorporate and should be standard for this kind of money. Else than that my only wish would be that the living could be a little wider, its kinda narrow.
Country Living
Just like out of a magazine.. starting with that wrap around porch, the french doors and down to the small details inside that make this one of my NEW favorites. I love the sizing and the use of space, especially the "harry potter closet" under the stairs. No space is wasted! Thank you for yet another great build!!!
