this is an amazing house 10/10
i really love this house , the moment my eyes laid on it, and i couldn't stop thinking about it until i bought it, the size is perfect, you can do crazy things with the back area have a pool, have a bbq party , the imagination is limitless, and having the bottom garage that turns into a room, is just a french chef saying bellissimo, the only part i think is unfair is when you have two members living in the house, the main room has so many advantages, like two windows upper glass, the second room , well its just a room, both of the members will fight on the main bedroom. wonderful house, keep it up roost

Where do I start with this build?
If you're looking for a smaller home, this one is, but really isn't! With it's shape, it has a lot of room & extra areas that just make it even cooler. The space when you come up the stairs, the bathroom, the balcony, all the way to the laundry area. Just certain extras that make you appreciate a space even more. Not even the fact that it comes with the fireplace and an extra rom add-on included instead of a garage!! Lastly, the most enjoyed part about it, windows! It just adds to the lightness of the house and beach & or even city feel. This home can be multi-used in any community or out on it's own.
