On the First floor to your Left you have the hallway leading into the shared dining/Living room space along with a separated kitchen with has a built in pantry. Looking up there are gorgeous skylights then
huge sliding doors open the inside to the back patio. There's also a Laundry room tucked at the end of the hall.

As you walk in the entry to your Right you have the glass Atrium, the spacious bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, a living area and a bathroom.
The Back door can lead you out to the patio, OR alternatively if you use the house with the Guest house Add-On you can join it to the back door.
Upstairs you can find another bedroom and a cozy upstairs patio with glass railing. Down the long hallway you will find an office, that can be used as another bedroom if you add the included wall Add-On to block it off, and of course the Master suite which has a roomy bedroom with balcony, a walk in wardrobe and an attached bathroom with 2 different entry points.

The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.
