The covered porch leads you in to an entry room with the stairs heading upstairs or through sliding doors you make your way into the spacious main living/dining and kitchen part of the home. A large deck is accessed through the bi-folding doors so you can enjoy the view of the backyard. Also on the ground floor is a Laundry space or you could use that area as another bathroom. There is a garage attached to this home, however... i have also included an alternate version that has an extra bedroom instead of the garage if you need more rooms.
Upstairs you'll find a small office space area before walking down the hallway to find the bedrooms. The Master has a walk-in wardrobe space, and a small ensuite bathroom attached. It also has access to the upstairs patio with bi-folding shutters to take in your outside view. There are also 2 other generous sized bedrooms and a Bathroom on this level.
