How to use:
Attach anywhere you choose. (spare place on the HUD recommended)
Requires the restrainedlife viewer. (RLV)
Controls:
Detach within 10 seconds of attaching.
Detach within 20 seconds of getting the unlock notice (after a bit over an hour...)
...aside from that, you have none :)
A number of things will get locked down, however, what gets locked depends on where you are at!
If there is something you want to do, you need to find a place to do it at.
