NOTE: If your sim uses a lot of particles already, do not buy this product. The rain, snow and cloud effects are particle effects. As the number of particles in the sim (and area of coverage) increases, particle effects will appear less dense, and may disappear periodically ("particle starvation"). Results may vary depending on your graphics card, viewer settings, and your sim. If the FPS on your land is below 20 usually, this product may not be for you. (Press Ctrl-Shift-1 to see your FPS, under Basic).
PRIM COUNT
- Included in this box are 2 styles of the control panel: Basic (3 prim), Master (6 prim)
- Each emitter is 9 prims, and can generate either clouds, or precipitation (rain/snow)
-- 50x50m area requires 1 emitter
-- 100x100m area requires 4 emitters
-- 150x150m area requires 9 emitters
-- 200x200m area requires 16 emitters
-- 250x250m area requires 25 emitters.
If both clouds and precipitation are required at the same time, DOUBLE the number of emitters are required. eg. 100x100m needs 36-72 prims.
If you feel that you cannot spare more than 40 prims on your land for the weather maker, please consider the Big Weather Maker or the Mega Weather Maker Value Pack instead (see related items below).

SCRIPT PERFORMANCE
- High performance low lag scripting used in the development of this product
- Each emitter only has 1 script (0.003ms - 0.004ms) to cover area of 50m x 50m
- Control panel only has 1 script (0.004ms)
- In comparison, a competitor weather system uses 48 scripts to cover a 40x40m area (details available upon request). LOVE the simplicity of this. but..
the aurora beauleetralala boom dee ehh'..yah not going to spell it...it could be done better, its too white, very bright white...but the rest is great, the rain comes down in too obvious of patterns, not very seamless, but i love the sounds, and the dogs and cats falling had my dying of laughter.

It's fun, realistic, reliable, and looks and sounds AMAZING. it is ABSOLUTELY a superb investment for any roleplaying home.
However, minor tech issue, on my 1/4 sim plot (128x128) I can only use the 50 x 50 spread, because the 100x100 (which should be within my borders) actually rezzes out a WAY bigger area and spams the neighbors parcels with objects and weather. If you can get this 1 issue solved, I will gladly replace with a full 5 star rating and enthusiastic full endorsement. :-)
Amazing weather system... and I've tried them all.
Pros:
1. The weather effects (snow, rain, lightening, etc) look really really good.
2. Very easy to set up.
3. Control panel is very user friendly.
4. Sooo many options: Snow, Blizzard, Sleet, Rain, Heavy Rain... Cats and Dogs!! (no really)
5. The addons: (RL to SL addon which make it "come to life" with weather that changes automatically)
Cons (really aren't any major ones, this system is awesome)
1. I wish there was a wearable HUD
2. I wish the clouds were bigger and fluffier. They kind of look like cotton balls.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Best thing about the weather machine is GRACE and her products really works well. But Grace is the best, always helpful and always supporting what ever she builds. Her Mega Weather Maker really works beautifully. I use it at my In world Air Station (Molay) to give inbound pilots a little bit of realism when landing or departing in aircrafts. Buy it you won't be sorry!!!!!
