If both clouds and precipitation are required at the same time, DOUBLE the number of emitters are required.
eg. 100x100m needs 36-72 prims.

⚠️WARNING: If your sim has low FPS or uses a lot of particles already, consider using the mesh rain/snow Emitter Type instead of particle-based emitters (which generate particles for clouds, rain and snow). As the number of particles in the sim, and coverage area increases, particle effects appear less dense; particles may disappear if reaches the sim limit. Visual quality of particle effects depends on viewer graphics settings, your graphics card, and FPS rate. (Ctrl-Shift-1 to see FPS, under Basic).

Great product. Great Support. I love it!
I bought this system which is intended for a full SIM to make it rain on my tiny old traditional Linden Home plot. With some help from Grace, this went reasonably smoothly. It rains outside and doesn't rain inside. Yay!
The best part is the system integration. There is the weather system itself, the rain roof script to stop it raining in certain areas, the ground effects rezzer for rain splatter and snow cover, and the rainy windows add on. Taken together it really creates the effect of a rainy day and I just LOVE sitting on my back deck at my little coffee table sipping coffee and reading in the rain. I also love cuddling in my living room on a rainy night.
The system is very prim and script efficient. I was able to get it going on my 175 prim Linden Home plot... which was already fully furnished leaving about 25 prims to spare. I fit rain windows, ground effect emitters, sound boosters, and the weather system itself into that 25 prim budget with room to spare.
The best part, without doubt, is the excellent support from Grace who actually made me a custom rain emitter so I could more finely tune exactly where it rained (like, say, not on the neighbors).
I could wish for some minor improvements (like a better texture on the rain windows) but most of my wishes have to do with cramming the system into a tiny plot. Grace did a great job with this product.
I am amazed
I saw lesser version of this on another sim I was visiting. The sim was script heavy with breedables, zooby, G&S stuff, and when it rained there, no lag. Mind you, I was also on a very crappy SL hating laptop, and no lag. I now bought this bigger system for my sim.
Pros:
-Low Lag! I mean it, I can be on my crappy SL hating laptop and not experience any lag above my own
-Wonderful sounds, they are not over the top cheezy, immersive inside and out!
-Easy controls, it comes with so much to make this as painless as possible.. set up the product, learn the controls and you are good to go. I can even control the height that my sim is at, especially if your sim terrain changes altitudes.
-Immersive, make your sim come to life!
-Plug ins! I didn't get the RL to SL converter, but i intend to so I don't have to change the weather every day!
-Low Prims, seriously, it doesn't consume a whole lot of prims. If you got a full sim, this is a drop in the bucket, and a great saver for those homesteads.
Cons:
You need to focus on keeping particles down on your sim, as this will ruin the effect of the weather, but thats an SL particle starvation, and I think my fires look better with good fire texture vs ugly particles
THIS is the system you WANT to buy. It was worth every penny and I havn't looked back since.
Excellent Product, Amazing Service

After trying out this product demo at the in-store location, I was hooked on the visual effects, great sound, and simple yet powerful control panel.
