Specifications for use with Really Needy HUD
- Restores health of owner only
- Can be used by another avatar wearing Really Needy HUD (as medic) to heal owner (as patient)
- If there are no other Really Needy HUD users nearby, owner can use it to self-heal
- Say /treat in chat and sit on the Paramedic Kit
- Heals up to 20% per recovery cycle
- Recovery cycle of 120 seconds or longer (can be configured via notecard)
