Rental Box "SmartCube" without commission
This is an edition of the entire rental system SmartCube without a commission fee.
You keep all the money which is paid in your SmartCube.
+VERY easy to use
+The hovertext with price per week info and primlimit will be created automatically.
+Only 1 prim
+Copy & Mod - change the texture if you like! (Scripts are nomod)
+The cube turns small after payment.
+If someone clicks the cube he will get automatically created information about the rental.(price/allowed prims/tenant)
+In addition, he will get a notecard which can be edited by you.
+Tenant will get an IM when his rental time is less than 3 days and 1 day.
+Owner and tenant will get an IM when rental time has expired.
+Menu controlled. No chat commands needed.
+English,German and French manual
+Just edit the notecard and set the price for the weekly payment and the allowed prims. (Prims will not be observed)
+Enable/Disable variable payment! (The tenant can pay as much L$ as he likes. The rental time will be calculated exactly. Example: If the price per week is set to 700 and the tenant pays 100, one day will be added to the rental time.)

I'm technically challenged and this worked great for me. Setting it up was a piece of cake and getting it to do what it's supposed to do was easy and painless. I recommend it especially to anyone who isn't great with this sort of thing. :)
